Terms and Conditions of Online Paid Consultations

- Advice Based on Facts Provided
All advice is based on the facts and circumstances provided by the client at the time of consultation. The solicitor’s recommendations are given in good faith, given the information available.
Qualified Solicitor Consultations
All online consultations are conducted by qualified Solicitors
- Minimum Consultation Duration and Fee
- Each consultation is a minimum of 10–15 minutes, with fees starting from £30 (GBP or equivalent) payable in advance and non-refundable.
- Online Consultation Fee Range
Online Consultation fees vary from £30 to £80, depending on the time and complexity of the matter. The consultation is a minimum of 15 – 30 minutes. Each session’s duration and cost will be confirmed by management prior to booking.
- Extended Consultation Charges
- If the consultation exceeds the initial 15 minutes, management reserves the right to charge additional fees.
- Individual Consultation Scope
Each consultation is intended for one individual regarding a single legal matter. The session will only cover inquiries from the designated caller.
- Consultation Call Attempts
The designated solicitor will attempt to contact the client up to three times at the provided phone number. If these attempts are unsuccessful, no further calls will be made without an additional fee.
- Written Advice
No written report or advice will be provided at the end of the consultation. Should clients require advice in writing, separate fees will apply.
- Discretion on Follow-up Advice
Follow-up advice on the same or related matter may be provided at the discretion of the consulting Solicitor.
This decision rests solely with the Solicitor involved.
- Exclusions
The paid consultation does not include written work, documentation, or follow-up actions on behalf of the
client.
- Recording of Consultations
If clients wish to record the session, both parties must provide consent before the consultation begins.
- Consultation Scheduling
- The management will estimate the consultation’s date and time within two working days of payment, based on
Solicitor availability.
Refunds
Due to the nature of legal advice and preparation for each consultation, fees paid for consultations are generally non-refundable. However, should a session not take place due to solicitor unavailability or scheduling conflicts, we will reschedule at no additional cost or consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis
